Tuesday, January 10th, 2012 - With registration beginning at 5:30 P.M. Our educational speaker this month is Rhonda Couchigian of Rayce PR & Marketing. Rhonda is the founder of Rayce PR and Marketing, a boutique public relations and marketing firm representing clients in the special events industry. Graduating with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota was just the beginning of her career in special events. Rhonda has gone from being a Creative Director, where she designed and helped execute events like The grand opening of the Mall of America and numerous Super Bowl parties, to VP of National Sales and Marketing for Chameleon Chairs and currently the founder and President of Rayce PR and Marketing. Rhonda’s wealth of experience in the special event industry combined with her talents in design and social media, logistics, sales, business development and public relations allows her to create superior brand recognition and reputation for her clients. Rhonda will present "Dreams, Goals & Aspirations:" A discussion on the future of business development, marketing and promotions in the digital world.

Our Venue this month is the Museum of Ventura County, located at 100 East Main Street, Ventura, CA 93001. The elegant rock-walled Event Pavilion is ideal for receptions, weddings, and special events, as well as for lectures, screenings and seminars. Seats 200 for dinner, with an 18-foot projection screen, wireless microphones and zone adjustable sound system. The Pavilion’s doors open onto the spacious Museum Plaza. The Plaza displays a beautiful water feature, mature palms, and gorgeous glass mosaics which highlight the Plaza adjacent to the Pavilion. This outdoor space can hold an event tent and seat an additional 140 guests. |
